Senior Cups
The Bucks Senior Cups commence in July and the competitions are split between Clubs according to their League status - designed to prevent dangerous and non entertaining mis-matches. Clubs, affiliated to the Bucks Board directly or through the Milton Keynes & District Cricket Association are qualified to enter.
The 2009 Winner Bucks Cup Winner was Amersham CC, who defeated Gerrards Cross CC in a thriller! Gerrards Cross set Amersham a total of 254, which they achieved on the penultimate ball with 2 wickets in hand.
The Challenge Cup was won in a closely fought match by Cublington CC, who set Winchmore Hill a target of 204 and bowled them out for 177 with three overs to go.
Both matches were staged at High Wycombe CC and the Board extends their thanks to High Wycombe for being such generous and able hosts.
