Club Cricket for Women and Girls in Bucks

Clubricket for women and girls in Bucks is growing. Each year more clubs include girls in the colts training sessions and some clubs are now offering sessions dedicated to female players. Girls’ teams play in the annual Lady Taverner’s Competition at U11, U13 and U15. Many girls play for their club in the local colts’ leagues. 

There are 3 clubs in Bucks that are competing in women’s league cricket or playing friendly matches. The North London League has a full programme of matches for its members. Matches are 30 overs and are played on a Sunday. Teams in the league are situated round north London with the maximum time any team should need to travel for a match being one hour.
