Cliff Pocock - Chairman
Also Results Coordinator of the Junior Competitions. Cliff is a member of Frieth CC and can often be seen cutting the outfield and turning his arm over during the summer. However he is certainly one of the top recreational umpires in the Country having stood on the Minor Counties panel for many years. He spends his winters training new umpires on behalf of BACUS and the ECBACO. He also serves on the ECB's Cricket Disciplinary Commission.

Martin Watts - Secretary
Also Organiser of both the Adult and Junior Cup competitions.
Martin is a member of Beaconsfield CC. He comes from a cricketing family; learnt his cricket in the Weald of Kent as a big turn off spinner and "glue like hands" at first slip (his quote!); gets a real kick from seeing Colts he brought through at Beaconsfield now playing active roles at the Club. He is a founder member of the Bucks Board and has run the junior competitions for 20 years.

Damien Dunlop - Cricket Development Manager
Damien has been the Cricket Development Manager for Bucks since April 2006, who would put an Australian in charge you cry!? In days gone by a fast medium opening bowler and someone who batted 13! Damien has had several stints at Flitwick CC (Bedfordshire) as their overseas player but these days is content playing for his local village side. Damien is an ECB Level 3 coach and tutor and coaches the County Under 16 and 17 teams.
