Following a restructure of our operations, the Buckinghamshire Cricket Board are delighted to announce its new operational team.

Rich Hudson has been appointed as our new Managing Director. He steps up into the role having been Head Coach of our Player Pathway for the previous six years.

Stuart Beck has stepped down from his role as CEO but will continue to support the team in the role of Finance Director.

Our new core operational team consists of:
  • Emma Boswell (Territorial Manager – Clubs/Retain)
  • James Savory (Territorial Manager – Kids/Recruit)
  • Jason Rance (Head Coach – Player Pathway)

They will begin their new roles from 1st November 2018.

Sadly, the restructure has meant some valued colleagues have departed Bucks Cricket Board.
Colin Kightley and Malcolm Roberts will leave full-time employment at the end of November but will continue to support our work on a self-employed basis.
Clifton Simms has left the board’s operational team – we thank him for all his hard work over the past six years and wish him all the best for the future.

Our team look forward to meeting all our stakeholders over the coming weeks and leading Bucks Cricket into a new era.
